AK | One Voice, One Land | Official Music Video

(Verse 1)
Born in a land of a thousand tongues,
Every sound, a song unsung.
We’ve spoken words from far away,
Forgot the roots that lit our way.

We don’t hate the words we speak,
They helped us stand, they made us meet.
But tell me, friend, do you not feel,
Our hearts still hold the voice that’s real?

(Chorus)
One voice, one land, one dream to understand,
Let the language of our soul rise from this land.
Be it Sanskrit, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu’s hand,
Let it be our own, born of this land.

(Verse 2)
Our elders fought for the flag we wave,
For the soil, for the right to be brave.
Now it’s time for us to stand,
To give one tongue to this motherland.

No hate, no walls, no divide,
Just a bridge where hearts collide.
Keep our roots, keep our pride,
But let’s speak one voice, side by side.

(Chorus)
One voice, one land, one dream to understand,
Let the language of our soul rise from this land.
Be it Sanskrit, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu’s hand,
Let it be our own, born of this land.

(Bridge)
Not for today, not for the throne,
But for children yet to be grown.
Teach them love, teach them pride,
Let one tongue be our guide.

Through pen and paper, song and art,
Let unity beat in every heart.
Vote, decide, let’s make it true,
Let Bhārat speak through me and you.

(Final Chorus)
One voice, one land, one dream to understand,
Not from beyond, but from our own strand.
From the South to the North, from the East to the West,
Let it be our own, the language that’s best.

(Outro)
Let it be our own…
Born of this land.

Behind Story

This song comes from a feeling I’ve carried for a long time —
a quiet question that echoes every time I travel across our country.
In our own land, in Bharat, why do we still need another nation’s language to understand each other?

I come from Telangana, where Telugu runs deep in my veins.
But when I speak to someone from another part of Bharat,
I often find myself switching to English —
a language that never truly belonged to us,
a language that came here through a history we didn’t choose.

Now, don’t get me wrong — I don’t hate English, nor those who speak it.
It’s a bridge to the world; it helps us grow, connect, and build.
But deep inside, I ask myself —
why can’t we, the people of Bharat, connect through a language born from our own soil?

A language that carries the breath of our ancestors,
the rhythm of our rivers,
the sound of our festivals,
and the pride of our freedom.

When I wrote “One Voice, One Land,” I wasn’t choosing one language over another.
I was choosing a dream —
a dream that one day, every person in Bharat — from the North to the South, East to West —
can speak to each other in one voice that is truly ours.

Whether it’s Sanskrit, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or any other —
let it be decided not through fights or politics,
but through love, understanding, and maybe even a people’s vote.
The goal isn’t to erase our regional languages —
it’s to keep them alive, while giving our nation one shared heartbeat.

I know there are already many people — scholars, teachers, artists, and citizens —
who have been speaking, writing, and working for this very change.
I respect every single one of them — not by hierarchy,
but as fellow dreamers of Bharat.
Each effort matters. Each voice counts.
And I’m just adding my thought, my emotion, and my song to that collective dream.

When I say one Bharatiya language,
it doesn’t mean spreading hate or disrespect toward any other.
I love Telugu in Telangana and Andhra,
I love Tamil in Tamil Nadu,
I love Malayalam in Kerala,
I love Kannada in Karnataka,
I love Hindi in the Hindi-speaking states —
and I love every regional language that lives in its own land,
spoken by people with love, emotion, and pride.

What I dream of is simple —
when we all meet together as one Bharat,
let’s speak in one language that was born here,
a language that we can all proudly call our own.

So which language? For me, it could be any —
Sanskrit, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, —
every one of these languages carries the soul of Bharat.
Instead of arguing — “Why Tamil? Why not Hindi?” or “Why Telugu? Why not Kannada?” —
why not take a vote, together as a nation,
and decide one national language —
born in Bharat, belonging to Bharat.

Then we can begin to teach that language to our children —
those just stepping into Class 0 today.
The change might not be instant,
but over generations, it’s possible.
By the time these children reach Class 10,
they’ll speak that language fluently —
able to communicate across Bharat in one voice,
while preserving and celebrating their own local tongues.

I imagine a future where no child has to borrow another nation’s words
to dream, to learn, or to connect.
Where they sing, write, and think in a language that was born in Bharat.

That’s the spirit behind this song —
a message, a hope, a call for unity.

And though I’m creating this song in English —
it’s only so that every person across Bharat can hear it,
feel it,
and understand what I mean.

Because one day, I believe our children won’t face this challenge again.
They’ll grow up speaking one Bharatiya language —
a voice that carries our culture, our identity,
and our pride.

That’s the dream I see.
Do you agree? 🌿

One voice. One land.
Born of this soil.
