Today I want to share something very personal — the story and thoughts behind my track “Purpose Within.”

I feel the wind first — moving through the rice fields, brushing against green stalks still heavy with morning dew. Water flows softly through the narrow canal beside us, carrying the smell of soil and time. The land feels alive, breathing beneath my feet.

I walk here with my father.

His steps are steady, unhurried. His hands tell stories — of seasons that gave freely, and seasons that tested everything. I used to watch him work in silence, wondering how he never stopped, even when the rains didn’t come and the earth cracked open beneath the sun.

One morning, I asked him why he kept going.

He smiled — not tired, not proud — just certain.
“This isn’t work,” he said. “It’s the way I live.”

As the sun rises over the distant hills, light spills across the fields like hope finding its way home. The valley carries our presence — the sound of wind, of water, of quiet breath — like a call moving across generations.

Every row he sowed taught me something.
